EmployABILITY 2008

On a special event of National NRD Network – Delhi Chapter on Friday, 11th Jan Jayshree Raveendran, Founder – Ability Foundation spoke about her thoughts on her firm conviction that disabled people should be more visible doing things they enjoy like everyone else and that they should be given equal opportunity and respect from our responsive society.

EmployABILITY 2008 is a noble initiative by Ability Foundation towards bringing talented people with and without disabilities together, leading to entertainment and mutual sensitization.
This job fair offers equitable employment opportunities to qualified persons with disability and will provide great opportunity to connect with unbiased equal opportunity employers and a platform to display their job skills and a demand to be hired on grounds of merit.

EmployABILITY 2008 is jointly organized by Ability Foundation and CavinKare Pvt Ltd, in association with National HRD Network Delhi Chapter and Naukri.Com. This sought after event is to be held on February 24, 2008 at New Delhi.

With around 750 candidates across different parts of India and around 40 employers participating in the job fair is a proving fact about our society is indeed responsive. But you bet we can do more by our collective and directed efforts.

I sincerely appreciate the thought of working for such a cause and encourage every bit of support towards it.

The least we could do is spread the word for the cause.
